Our Approach
We provide trauma-informed resources, inspiring transformative change and fostering a culture of wellness that empowers individuals to achieve their greatest potential, particularly within communities affected by trauma and oppression. Central to its mission is the creation of a safe, inclusive space that facilitates healing from trauma, and promotes wellness utilizing the holistic 8 Dimensions of Health framework including emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, environmental, financial, occupational, and social wellness.
Our Services
We provide trauma informed resources, workshops, speaking engagements and community events utilizing the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. We strive to achieve holistic wellbeing for individuals and businesses through facilitating Wellness Workshops, Financial Empowerment Workshops, Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness Classes, Recovery Groups, Support Groups, and hosting community events such as Mental Health and Job Fairs that bring people together for resources and supports. We aim to meet our clients at various stages of their journey, offering tailored services that cater to their specific needs.
